Removal (dismantling) of a heater of salon is carried out after dismantle of the dashboard in the following order:

1. Unscrew two screws of fastening of the right part of a forward air duct of 28 (fig. 338) to an air inlet and disconnect it from the left part of a forward air duct 25.

2. Turn off a nut 31, remove a washer 32 fastenings of an arm of the 30th left part of a forward air duct to a front guard, take out the plastic plug 1, turn off two 44 fastenings of an air duct self-cutting the screw to the case of a heater and separate the left part of a forward air duct from a heater.

3. Weaken collars 23 fastenings inlet 34 and final 33 hoses on the crane of a heater 35 and tubes of a radiator 20 and remove hoses.

4. Take out a radiator 20 of a heater niche.

5. Unscrew two self-cutting screws 10 of fastening of a back air duct. Disconnect a lobby

part 13 of an air duct from back 16, remove an air duct. Take out a nozzle 17 obduv.

6. Turn off three nuts 4, remove washers 3, a plate 2 and remove a heater from front guard bolts, take out plastic plugs 1.

7. Unscrew screws 11 of fastening of levers 54 top 48 and the lower 49 gates of a heater. Remove

forelocks 55, washers 3 from racks of levers, and then remove draft of the 56th control of heater gates.

8. Remove levers 54 managements of a heater from axes of gates 48 and 49.

9. Unscrew screws 6 of fastening of brackets 15 and 14. Separate left 52 and the right 21 casings of a heater. Remove external 15 and internal 14th brackets of fastening of casings of a heater.

10. Take top 48 and lower the 49th gates from a heater casing.

11. Unscrew the self-cutting screws 6 of fastening left 5 and right 22 snuffled, remove nozzles from the directing branch pipes of casings of a heater.

You carry out installation of a heater upside-down.

1. Remove handles 16 (fig. 339) from levers 17 of management.

2. Remove a slip 2 consoles of the dashboard (see fig. 337).

3. Disconnect the block 14 (see fig. 339) control levers a heater from the holder 4 on the dashboard, having turned out screws 13 and having removed washers 12.

4. Remove brackets 2 fastenings of drafts 6, 8, 10 and take out their ends from nests of the corresponding levers.

5. Remove the forelock 55 (see fig. 338) and a washer 3 from a rack of draft of gates of a heater and disconnect a cable of control of heater gates.

6. Remove a bracket 2 (see fig. 339) fastenings of drafts from the crane of 1 heater and disconnect draft of control of the heater crane.

7. Removal (dismantling) of the mechanism of control of the gate of recirculation is carried out after dismantle of an air inlet. Remove the forelock 26 (fig. 340) and a washer 25 from a recirculation gate lever rack, disconnect and take out a cable of control of the recirculation gate.

You carry out installation of control levers by a heater upside-down.

You carry out removal (dismantling) of the fan in the following order:

1. Switch-off the rechargeable battery.

2. Disconnect wires from the fan electric motor. Disconnect draft 6 (see fig. 339) the airinflow gate drive.

3. Turn out two screws 27 (see fig. 338) fastenings of the right part of a forward air duct to an air inlet.

4. Turn off nuts of fastening of an air inlet to a guard of a front and to an extension of a mudguard of a forward wheel and remove an air inlet.

5. Remove a water reflective guard of 2 (fig. 340) of an air inlet with a sealant 1.

6. Separate casings 3 and 17, having removed previously fixing brackets 7, 8 and having turned out seven screws on the top casing of an air inlet and six screws of fastening of a frame of 28 casings.

7. Take a frame of 28 casings assembled with the heater fan.

8. Unscrew two screws of fastening and remove the heater fan assembled.

9. Separate casings of the 36 and 37 fan and take the heater electric motor assembled with the driving wheel 35 of the fan, having disconnected previously fixing brackets 33.

Carry out assembly of the fan of a heater and its installation in the return sequence.

Pay attention to correctness of installation of sealants of casings of the fan and an air inlet.

In order to avoid violation of balancing it is impossible to remove the driving wheel from an electric motor shaft.

You carry out removal and dismantling of air ducts in the following order:

1. Remove the dashboard assembled with air ducts.

2. Take out left 2 (fig. 341) and right the 5th air ducts of heating of side glasses, slightly shaking serially each of air ducts, of sealants 3 and from an air duct of heating of a windshield 1.

3. Turn out two self-cutting screws fixing air ducts 12 and 21 to the central air duct of the 15th ventilation.

4. Unscrew two screws 7 of fastening of air ducts to arms 9 and 10.

5. Slightly shaking, serially take out each of air ducts of sealants 13 and from the case of the central air duct 15.

6. Remove an air duct of 1 heating of a windshield, having unbent eight uvulas and having unscrewed two screws of fastening of an air duct to the dashboard.

Execute installation of the specified air ducts on the dashboard in the return sequence, having paid special attention to the correct provision of sealants.
