You carry out removal of an upholstery (fig. 331) of a forward door in the following order:

1. Remove the window regulator handle. For this purpose press a door upholstery about an axis of the handle 11 (fig. 332) of a window regulator, having released from gearing facing 10 with the socket 9. Take out facing 10 and remove the handle 11 and the socket 9.

2. Unscrew the screw 30 (fig. 333) of fastening of facing of the 29th handle of opening of a door and remove facing, having pulled it for the left edge with small effort, for release from gearing with an arm 26.

3. Unscrew the button of switching off of the lock 59 with the plug 58.

4. Take out caps 9 (see fig. 331) and unscrew two screws 8.

5. Take out clamps 5 and holders 4.

6. Carefully hooking edges of an upholstery two screw-drivers in installation sites of buttons 11, take out buttons from openings of the internal panel of a door and remove an upholstery.

7. Remove the armrest handle 7, having taken out a clamp 5 and the holder 4.

8. If necessary unscrew screws 13 and remove a pocket of the 10th upholstery of a door.

You carry out installation of an upholstery upside-down. At installation check a condition of buttons 11, clamps 5 and holders 4, if necessary replace them new.

Removal of an upholstery of a back door and door of a back (fig. 334) is carried out similarly.

You carry out removal of lowering glass and window regulator in the following order:

1. Lower glass in the lower situation.

2. Remove a door upholstery.

3. Remove the expansion plug 8 (see fig. 332) with buffers 12.

4. Turn off two bolts of the 17th fastening of a holder of the 19th lowering glass.

5. Remove horizontal a sealant (external 5 and internal 18).

6. Take out lowering glass from a doorway.

7. If necessary take out glass 3 of a holder 19.

8. Turn off four (for a back door – two) nuts 15, remove washers 16.

9. Turn off three nuts 13, remove washers 14.

10. Take out a window regulator 7 via the door hatch.

You carry out installation of glass and window regulator in the following order:

1. Establish a window regulator via the door hatch. Establish washers 16, 14 and wrap nuts 15 and 13.

2. Insert new laying of the 6th lowering glass into a holder (if she acted).

3. Insert glass into a holder.

4. Establish glass in a window aperture, rotation of the handle of a window regulator lower glass in the lower situation and screw two bolts of the 17th fastening of a holder of lowering glass, but do not wrap them up to the end.

5. Establish a sealant of the 5 and 18 aperture of a window.

6. Rotation of the handle of a window regulator and a wraparound of bolts of the 17th fastening of a holder achieve full overlapping of an aperture of a window glass.

7. Install the plug 8 with buffers 12.

8. Establish a door upholstery.

You carry out removal of the lock and its drive in the following order:

1. Remove a door upholstery.

2. If necessary take out from a door upholstery a guide 57 (see fig. 333) buttons 59.

3. Unscrew screws 28 with washers of the 27th fastening of an arm 26.

4. Remove one edge of an antinoise plate 25 from draft 24 internal handles.

5. Remove the internal handle 33 with an arm 26 from draft 24.

6. Remove a plate 25 from draft 24.

7. Remove a washer 56 from draft 55.

8. Disconnect draft 6 from the external handle 1.

9. Turn off nuts 5 with washers 4 and remove the external handle 1 with sealants 2.

10. Disconnect draft of the 8th switch from the lock switch 11.

11. Take out a bracket 10 of the switch 11.

12. Take out the lock switch with a sealant 12.

13. Unscrew screws 21, remove an arm 20 with a motor-reducer 19, having removed a motor-reducer from draft 18.

14. Unscrew screws 22, remove a motor-reducer 19 from an arm 20.

15. Unscrew screws 15, remove the internal lock 13 with drafts 6, 8, 18, 24 and 55 and the external lock 14.

16. Disconnect a bracket 23, remove draft 24 internal handles from the lock 13.

17. Disconnect drafts 6, 8, 18 and 55 from the lock 13.

18. Remove a bracket of the 7th fastening of draft of the button from the lock 13.

19. Unscrew the screw 16, remove the lever 17 from the lock 13.

20. Unscrew screws 53 and a finger 54, remove the case 52 clamps of the lock and laying of 51 clamps.

You carry out installation of the lock and its drive upside-down.

You carry out removal of the lock and its drive in the following order:

1. Remove a door upholstery.

2. If necessary take out a guide of 34 (fig. 335) of the button 36 of a door upholstery.

3. Unscrew screws 20 with washers of the 19th fastening of an arm of the 16th internal handle 18.

4. Remove one edge of an antinoise plate 10 from draft of the 13th internal handle 18.

5. Remove the internal handle 18 with an arm 16 from draft 13.

6. Remove a plate 10 from draft 13.

7. Remove a washer 33 from draft 32.

8. Disconnect draft 2 from the external handle 1.

9. Turn off nuts 6 with washers 5 and remove the external handle 1 with a sealant 4.

10. Remove brackets 14 from draft of 31 drives of switching off of the lock and from draft of the 13th internal handle. Take out

laying 24.

11. Unscrew screws 25, remove a motor-reducer 26 from draft 27.

12. Unscrew screws 9, remove the external lock 8 and the internal lock 7 with the drive 30 of switching off of the lock and with drafts 2, 13, 27, 31, 32.

13. Disconnect a bracket 23, remove from the lock 7 the drive 30 of switching off of the lock with drafts 27, 31 and 32 assembled.

14. Disconnect draft of the 27th electroblocking from the drive 30 of switching off of the lock.

15. Disconnect a bracket 12, remove draft of the 13th internal handle from the lock 7.

16. Disconnect draft 2 external handles from the lock 7.

17. Unscrew screws 38 and a finger 37, remove the case 39 of a clamp of the lock and laying of the 40th clamp.

You carry out installation of the lock and handles of a back door upside-down.

You carry out removal of the lock, its drive and handles in the following order:

1. Remove a door upholstery.

2. If necessary take out a guide of 21 (fig. 336) of the button 19 of a door upholstery.

3. Unscrew screws 37 with washers of the 17th fastening of an arm 34.

4. Remove one edge of an antinoise plate 32 from draft of 31 internal handles 35.

5. Remove the internal handle 35 with an arm 34 from draft 31.

6. Remove a plate 32 from draft 31.

7. Remove a washer 23 from draft 24.

8. Disconnect draft 14 from the external handle 15.

9. Turn off nuts 18 with washers 17 and remove the external handle 15 with a sealant 16.

10. Disconnect draft 2 from the switch 4 locks.

11. Take out a bracket 3 of the lock switch.

12. Take out the lock switch with a sealant 5.

13. Unscrew screws 30, remove a motor-reducer 29.

14. Unscrew the screw 28 with a washer of the 27th fastening of the drive 26 of electroblocking.

15. Unscrew screws 8, remove the external lock 7 and the internal lock 6 with drafts 2, 14, 24, 25, 31, the drive 26 of electroblocking and the button 9.

16. Disconnect brackets 22, remove draft of 31 internal handles and draft of the 25th electroblocking with the drive 26.

17. Disconnect draft 25 from the electroblocking drive 26.

18. Disconnect drafts 2, 14 and 24 from the lock 6.

19. Remove brackets 1 and the button 9 from the lock 6.

20. Unscrew screws 42 and a finger 43, remove the case of 41 clamps of the lock and laying of the 40th clamp.

21. Unscrew screws 44 and remove a nest of the 45th thorn.

22. Turn off bolts 11 with washers 10, remove a thorn 12 with laying of the 13th thorn.

You carry out installation of the lock and its drive upside-down.

You carry out removal of the limiter of opening of a forward door in the following order:

1. Remove a door upholstery.

2. Beat out a finger 44 (see fig. 333).

3. Turn off bolts 42 with washers 41, remove a fork 43 limiters.

4. Turn off bolts 39 with washers 38, remove a core 40 assembled with a stopper 37, the buffer 36, a washer 35 and a pin 34.

5. Remove from a core the 40th stopper 37, the buffer 36, a washer 35.

You carry out installation of the limiter of opening of a door upside-down.

You carry out removal and installation of the limiter of opening of a back door and door of a back (see fig. 334) similarly.

Doors fasten to a body on loops. Loops of forward doors and the top loops of back doors fasten to a body two bolts everyone, the lower loops of back doors and a door of a back – three, top loop of a door of a back – four. Doors can be removed for repair or replacement.

Removal of doors for repair or you make replacements in the following order:

1. Disconnect electrical wires.

2. Remove the door limiter.

3. Turn off bolts of fastening of loops of a door on a body and remove a door.

Installation of a door:

1. Establish a door in an aperture and screw bolts of loops, without tightening them.

2. Adjust the provision of a door on gaps in an aperture and finally tighten bolts of loops.

3. Install the limiter of opening of a door.

4. Connect electrical wires.
