The cowl fastens to the car in four points. You carry out removal of a cowl in the following order:

1. Twist fingers of 9 (fig. 328) of a gas-filled emphasis 10.

2. Turn off four nuts of the 7th fastening of a cowl and remove it.

3. If necessary unscrew two rubber buffers 30.

At installation of a cowl, rolling the buffer 30, establish the necessary gap between a cowl, a body and hinged details of a body of the car.

Consolidation of a cowl is carried out by a rubber sealant 2. For replacement of a sealant remove it from a flange.

You make replacement of draft of the drive of the lock of a cowl in the following order:

1. Turn off axis 26 (see fig. 328) handles 24 and remove the handle.

2. Depending on the place of break take out wire draft 22 from a cowl or from salon.

3. Remove from old draft of a tube 15, 35 and a washer 36.

4. Put on a washer one end of new wire draft 36 and a tube 35. Rasklepayte the end of draft, as shown in fig. 328.

5. Pass the free end of wire draft and a lead 16 from salon through an opening of an arm of the handle and insert into a cover of draft 21. At difficulty of performance of this operation it is necessary to turn off a nut 19, to remove four brackets 20 and to straighten a draft cover.

6. After an exit of the end of draft from a cover fix a cover by brackets 17 and 20 if they acted.

7. 35 and a washer 36 enclose the end of draft with a tube in an opening of the handle and install the handle into place.

8. Put on a lead the free end of draft 16. Pass draft through an opening of the lock and put on

tube 15.

9. Pull for draft to choose gaps, wrap up it around an axis of the lever of the lock 14 and insert into a tube 15.

10. Move a tube 15 as it is possible closer to an axis of the lever and bend the end of draft.
