8.12. Mirrors, antisolar peaks, hand-rail, moldings, roofs, roofs of hatches of bulk mouths

Removal and installation of an external rear-view mirror
You carry out removal of a mirror in the following order:

1. Take out two rubber caps of 9 (fig. 324) from internal facing 2 or 6 forward doors.
2. Unscrew two screws and remove facing 2.
3. Supporting by a hand a mirror through the lowered door glass, unscrew three screws 10 with washers 11 and remove a mirror.
You carry out installation of a mirror upside-down.

Removal and installation of an internal rear-view mirror
The intra saloon rear-view mirror is pasted on a windshield.
It is necessary for installation of a new intra saloon mirror:
1. To define visually an integrity of the protective film closing the gluing layer at a mirror support end face.
2. To degrease the place of gluing by the coarse calico moistened with the ethyl rectified alcohol in accordance with GOST 18300-87.
3. To sustain the fat-free surface within 2 min. for full evaporation of alcohol from the surface of glass.
4. To remove a protective film from the gluing layer.
5. To combine the pasted mirror surface with the place of gluing on a gleam.
6. To press a mirror support with effort of 8-10 kg and to hold it in the pressed condition of 10 pages.

Note
Do not regulate a mirror within 30 min. after gluing.

Removal and installation of antisolar peaks
You carry out removal of antisolar peaks in the following order:
1. Unscrew three screws 24 (see fig. 324) and remove a peak 21 or 23, previously having exempted a peak from gearing with the holder 22.
2. In need of removal of the holder unscrew the screw of fastening of the holder.
You carry out installation upside-down.

Removal and installation of a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth
You carry out removal of a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth in the following order:
1. Turn off two bolts of fastening of a cover at its open situation.
2. Uncover the hatch.
You carry out installation of a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth upside-down, at the same time it is necessary to provide a uniform gap between a cover of the hatch and an aperture in the sidewall panel.
You carry out removal of the buffer of a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth in the following order:
1. Open the hatch of a bulk mouth.
2. Delay a buffer short mustache towards a mouth and cut off the buffer on flange inside.
3. Remove the buffer rest from a flange.
You carry out installation of the new buffer of a cover of the hatch of a bulk mouth in the following order:
1. At open position of the hatch of a bulk mouth bring a buffer short mustache to a landing opening of a flange.
2. Pull with effort for a buffer short mustache from a mouth before click.

Note
Before installation it is recommended to grease a buffer short mustache thickening with technical vaseline or any other available lubricant.

Removal and installation of a hand-rail
Removal of a hand-rail is carried out in the following order:
1. Remove facing 12 and a hook 19 (see fig. 324).
2. Unscrew screws 13 and 18 of fastening of a hand-rail and remove a hand-rail.
Removal and installation of a molding of a roof
You carry out removal of a molding of a roof in the following order:
1. Delay the forward end of a molding 25 or 26 (see fig. 324) and at the same time lift it up.
2. Pull out an internal short mustache of a molding from a groove in a roof on all length.
You carry out installation of a molding upside-down.
