7.5. System of ignition

Possible malfunctions of system of ignition and ways of their elimination

On cars apply two types of systems of ignition: contactless (UAZ-31601) and system of ignition, entering a complex of system of injection of fuel (UAZ-3160 and-31605), described in the head "Engine".

The contactless system of ignition (fig. 287) includes the following devices:
– sensor-raspredelitel;
– transistor switchboard;
– ignition coil;
– additional resistance;
– emergency vibrator;
– spark plugs;
– wires of low and high voltage;
– ignition switch.

 Datchik-raspredelitel type 3312.3706-01. The device of the sensor-raspredelitelya is shown in fig. 288.
Datchik-raspredelitel turns on the case, a cover, the roller, the sensor of sinusoidal tension, centrifugal and vacuum regulators, octane-box-rektor. The centrifugal regulator automatically changes a corner to the opera-zheniya of ignition depending on rotation frequency.
The sensor of tension consists of a rotor and the stator. The rotor represents itself a ring permanent magnet with the quadripolar holders which are densely pressed to it from above and from below rigidly fixed on the plug. In the top part of a rotor on the plug the runner is installed.
The stator of the sensor represents itself the winding concluded in quadripolar plates. The isolated multicore conclusion of the stator is attached to a sensor conclusion. The second conclusion of a winding electrically is connected with the case in the assembled sensor-raspredelitele.
On a rotor the tag, on the stator – an arrow which serve for installation of the initial moment of an iskroob-razovaniye is put.

 The transistor switchboard (fig. 289, 290) – type 1302.3734-01, 468.332.007 or 3.629.000.
Consists of the case and a payment with radioelements.
Conclusions of the switchboard are intended:
– conclusion "Д" – for connection with a low-voltage conclusion of the sensor-raspredelitelya;
– a conclusion of "KZ" – for connection with an ignition coil conclusion;
– a conclusion "+" – for connection with a conclusion "+" the additional resistance or the block of safety locks.       
The ignition coil (see fig. 289) B116.
Resistance of windings at a temperature (25±10) °C, Ohms:

The coil has a conclusion of high tension and two conclusions of low tension:
– a conclusion "To" – for connection with a conclusion "To" additional resistance;
– an unmarked conclusion – with a conclusion of "KZ" of the switchboard.
Additional resistance (see fig. 289) 1402.3729 or 43451.001.
Size active a soprotivle-niya between conclusions "+" and "From" (0,71±0,05) Ohms, between conclusions "With" and "To" (0,52±0,05) Ohms.
The emergency vibrator (see fig. 289) – 647.619.001 or 5102.3747.
Consists of the case and a payment on which all knots of the vibrator are mounted, has one conclusion. Its inclusion in work is allowed only in case of an exit out of operation of the transistor switchboard or the coil of the stator of the sensor distributor.
Spark plugs – the A11 or A14M type.
Ignition switch. On cars the switch of ignition of type 2110-3704005 with the anti-theft locking device, blocking of repeated inclusion of a starter and illumination of a nest is used.
The included chains at various provisions of a key are shown in tab. 24.

The blocking device of repeated inclusion of a starter should not allow repeated turn of a key from situation I (ignition) in the provision II (starter) (fig. 291). Such turn has to be possible only after return of a key to situation 0 (is switched off).
The locking core of the anti-theft device has to move forward if to establish a key in situation 0 and to take out from the lock. The key has to be taken out from the lock only in situation 0.
Before removal of the switch of ignition from a steering column disconnect "mass" of the car, remove the protection cover of understeering switches and disconnect a block of wires of the switch of ignition from a plait of wires then insert a key into the switch, turn in situation I, turn off bolts of fastening of a bracket of the switch, remove a bracket, and then the switch.
You carry out installation of the switch of ignition upside-down.
