The basis for dismantling and repair of the engine are: deceleration of power of the engine, oil pressure, sharp increase in a consumption of oil and fuel, smoking of the engine, decrease a lump-pressii in cylinders, a systematic overheat of the engine, leak of cooling liquid, and also noise and knocks.
When dismantling the engine carefully check a possibility of further application of each its detail.
During dismantling and assembly it is necessary to use the corresponding tool to avoid damages of expensive details and knots of the engine.
At assembly of the engine it is necessary to use the lubricants and sealing substances specified in tab. 8.
Before measurement of details on wear they need to be cleared, washed out kerosene and to dry compressed air. Before assembly to cover all moving details with fresh lubricant.

Note
At repeated assembly use new laying and consolidations, new details and knots instead of faulty.
